Our Parent/Child Classes are gymnastics classes for boys and girls ages 19 months to 3 years of age.  These classes are a fun way to introduce new motor skills to your toddler.  Not only are the Parent/Child classes great for motor development, but these classes also provide the perfect environment for making new friends and developing social skills.

The instructor of the class will lead the class in a warm up, activity and  several skills of the week, while educating the parents on spotting techniques.

Skills for this age group consist of progression steps toward preschool skills on uneven bars, beam, floor, vault, parallel bars and rings.

Preschool Classes at Elite Gymnastics are for boys and girls ages 3 - 5 years.  Children learn skills on the floor, uneven bars, beam, vault, rings and parallel bars while learning the importance of sharing and taking turns - skills they will need when starting school.

Our preschool classes use a modified version of our recreational gymnastics pink sheet (our Level I).  The goal for these classes is for children to be able to move their magnet up to blue (our Level II) shortly after moving into a recreational class when they turn 5.  This curriculum has been successful at guiding children toward Level II,  making gymnastics FUN and being beneficial for the student's self esteem.
